The state of balance in a business environment is determined by the coordination
of all factors that affect performance.
CORPORATE BALANCE is manifested
at different levels in an organization:

Individual
– Individual balance is reflected in how balanced each employee
feels in their job
and in their life.

Team – Team balance is achieved through
the optimal use of talents and other character
strengths of each team member, helping keep employees in balance,
and thus contributing to the overall team’s
strength.

Department – Department balance is
a function of individual and team team
balance but also the quality of the
relationships between management and
employees.

Corporate
– Corporate balance is achieved in part, from
individual, team and department balance. It is also affected by the
alignment of corporate objectives, structure, process
and culture.
